This agreement is entered into between Imani Phillips (“Photographer/Videographer”) and the Client for photo and/or video services.

By booking services and submitting payment, the Client agrees to the terms outlined below.

1. Booking & Payment

• A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure the event date.
• The remaining balance is due on or before the event date, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• No photos or videos will be delivered until full payment is received.

2. Cancellations & Rescheduling

• All payments are non-refundable if the event is canceled for any reason.
• Rescheduling may be permitted depending on availability and must be approved in writing.
• Deposits may be transferred to a new date one time only, subject to availability.

3. Coverage Time & Late Starts

• Coverage time begins at the scheduled start time, not arrival time.
• If the event starts late or access is delayed, coverage will still end at the originally booked time unless additional hours are added.
• The Photographer/Videographer is not responsible for missed moments due to delays outside of their control.

4. Additional Hours & Overtime Payment

• Additional coverage hours may be added on-site, subject to availability.
